Photography Policy
Amateur photography and video recording are allowed free of charge. However, the use of tripods, monopods, and flash is strictly forbidden to protect the artifacts and ensure visitor flow.
Bag Policy
Large bags, luggage, and backpacks are not permitted inside the castle. There are no cloakroom or locker facilities, so please make arrangements to store large items elsewhere before your visit.
Prohibited Items
Food and drink are not allowed inside the castle rooms. Smoking is prohibited throughout the castle and its grounds. Pets are not allowed, with the exception of certified service animals.
Visitor Conduct
Please do not touch the exhibits, furniture, or walls. Stay within the marked visitor paths and be mindful of the many steep stairs and low doorways inherent to a medieval fortress.
